Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to design a model of Servant Organization based on the knowledge of academic experts using fuzzy DEMATEL technique. To do this, after identifying the six main components of the Servant Organization from the literature of research (motivation for service, service-oriented approach, service oriented actions, environmental demanding, serving leadership and service environment), and their inclusion in a five-point Likert scale closed questionnaire, we identified 10 experts and distributed questionnaires among them. Their views on the importance of these components in the Servant Organization are to be taken into account. Before analyzing the collected data, we made sure of content validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Subsequently, a questionnaire adapted to DEMATEL technique was developed to discover the causal relationships among the components. The results of the fuzzy DEMATEL analysis showed that the most effective and fundamental component of the Servant Organization is the motivation for service. In addition to this component, service oriented actions and environmental demands were also identified in the model as the cause and the rest of the effect.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted to identify the model for removing obstacles and executive mechanisms to implement civil Servant leadership in the health insurance Organization to achieve the digital health system. The present research has been exploratory and qualitative. Content analysis method has been used to identify civil Servant leadership mechanisms. The statistical population of the study includes employees of different levels of the Health Insurance Organization of whom 12 people were selected based on theoretical saturation through purposive non-random sampling method. Library methods and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The data analysis method was theoretical coding derived from server leadership theories using MAxqda software. The results obtained from data analysis show that the components of humility, service, trustworthiness, interaction with employees and collection and ethics are the most important barriers to implementation and executive mechanisms of health insurance civil Servant leadership, respectively. Using MAxqda software, the indicators desired by the experts are prioritized. Accordingly, the most important and effective barriers to the implementation of civil Servant leadership are "inappropriate structure", "moral barriers", "centralism and self-centeredness" and "subordinate conditions", respectively. The components of ethics, cooperation, communication, planning and scientism are among the main mechanisms of civil Servant leadership in the first to fifth priority, respectively.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present research is to study relationship between Servant leadership and the quality of employees’ work life in the Curative Service Organization in Tehran in 2009. The method of research is descriptive and correlational. The research population comprises all 255 staff who work in the Curative Service Organization in Tehran. For determining the sample size, 154 persons were randomly chosen using Kergecy and Morgan Statistics Table. Sampling was done randomly using an interval method matched with the population size. The research tool was a questionnaire. In addition, to gather research data, the library and field work methods were applied. In order to analyze the data, the indexes of descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics were computed through applying SPSS Software.

Abstract: 

The ultimate goal of any state or public Organization is to function in such a way that seeks to act in the public interest and, consequently, result in the general public consent. Since this is reflected by the manners of conduct and performance of Organizations’ employees towards people and clients under the title of Organizational Stewardship, it is important to identify the factors that affect such a conduct to be realized within Organizations This paper, which is based on a quantitative research methodology, attempted to study the factors that affected Organizational serving to be developed within the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The statistical population of this study consisted of all the employees working in the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, i.e.780 individuals, 256 of whom were chosen as the participants using the Stratified Random Sampling method and Cochran’s Formula. Data were collected using the designed questionnaire, and were analyzed through conducting the Structural Equation Test and a factor analysis in LISREL software. The results verified the hypotheses, and finally, it was suggested that employee awareness of the motivating factors, the existence of a serving attitude and of an appropriate milieu for Organizational serving, and ultimately, reinforcing such conducts with the help of a Servant leader and local demanding play an important role towards the development of an Organizational serving attitude.
